How long does it take to install vending machines? |

It takes about 7 - 15 business days to have your vending machines installed and filled. We first schedule an appointment to visit your business, and assess the best location for the machines, and the number and type of machines needed. At this time we also go over product selection with you. |

What happens if someone looses money in the vending machine? |
|
After notifying us, the problem will be promptly fixed. E & A Vending reimburses any money lost in the machines the next service date. |

|
Who is responsible if the vending machine is vandalized? |
|
In the event of vending machines being vandalized, you will not be held responsible for any damage to the machines or for any money lost. We will place a new machine at your property, but ask that some preventative measures be taken, or a better location be found for the machines (such as placing them indoors). We reserve the right to remove vending machines if vandalism is a recurring problem. |

What if I need to move my vending machine? |
|
If for any reason you need to move your vending machine (such as for office remodeling), please contact us at least 1 week in advance of the moving date. We will move the machines for you, but require an early notice in order to remove the products before we can move the machines. |

What if I no longer want a vending service before my contract expires? |
|
If at any time you want to cancel your vending service with us before your contract ends, just give us a call to terminate your account and set-up a service date to remove the machines. Be adviced you are required to pay a certain percentage of the average gross income of the remaining months in your contract. |
